Insurance:

Medical Insurance products have become quite complicated even for health care professionals. With the trend to move towards high deductible health plans and health care exchange products it became necessary to dedicate a full page to bring more clarity to this topic.

Primary  Insurance:

If your insurance is not listed above and if it is a PPO insurance we may still accept it as an out of network.

Secondary Insurance:

If you have multiple insurances, it is your responsibility to coordinate benefits and inform us of updated insurance information, including secondary.   We DO NOT bill Secondary insurance.  This has to be responsibility of either you or your Primary Insurance Carrier.  If you have two insurance plans , you need to tell us who is your Primary carrier at the time of the visit.
